Founded in 2014, Amanda Maria emerged as a visionary luxury brand rooted in the artistry of couture tailoring. After graduating from design school, Amanda Maria Matthews launched her namesake label by offering made-to-measure collections that showcased unparalleled craftsmanship and precision fit. This couture-level approach set the foundation for the brand's evolution, where bespoke quality and timeless elegance became hallmarks of Amanda Maria's design philosophy.

As demand grew and the client list expanded, the brand introduced its first contemporary ready-to-wear collection in 2019. Seamlessly transitioning the meticulous techniques of made-to-measure into ready-to-wear, Amanda Maria elevated wardrobe essentials into sought-after luxury pieces. The collection is defined by its use of premium materials, impeccable construction, and a commitment to sustainability—providing a thoughtful alternative to fast fashion.

Each piece embodies a sophisticated yet effortless allure, offering versatility for the modern individual. Amanda Maria's minimal yet distinctive aesthetic strikes the perfect balance between chic everyday wear and refined elegance. Designed to transcend trends, the brand delivers enduring style that can be dressed up or down, empowering clients to express their individuality with confidence.

Available in select stores across North America, Amanda Maria stands as a trusted name in contemporary luxury fashion—a brand revered for its timeless appeal, sustainable values, and impeccable craftsmanship

We are dedicated to enhancing transparency throughout our supply chain. Below, you’ll find a list of the certifications our manufacturers proudly hold, demonstrating our commitment to ethical and sustainable practices.

Certifications

SMETA CERTIFICATION - SMETA is Sedex’s social auditing methodology that assesses supplier and manufacturing sites to understand working conditions in the supply chain, responsible business practices, and overall social compliance. SMETA monitors suppliers' standards for labor, health and safety, the environment, and business ethics. Factory audits are conducted periodically as part of the SMETA certification process, and living wage considerations are included. Living wage criteria are also outlined in our code of conduct, which all suppliers agree to and sign.

SGS CERTIFICATION - Attaining SGS certification signifies that a product adheres to rigorous quality and safety standards. This certification enhances confidence in the product by guaranteeing its quality, safety, and compliance with international benchmarks.

BCI COTTON CERTIFICATION - Licensed BCI Farmers produce cotton while caring for the environment, minimizing the negative effects of fertilizers and pesticides, and promoting water, soil health, and natural habitats. This is what we refer to as “Better Cotton.” BCI Farmers also commit to decent work principles that support workers' safety and well-being.

GOTS CERTIFICATION - The Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS) is the leading worldwide textile processing standard for organic fibers, taking into account every step in the supply chain. The standard aims to define globally recognized requirements that ensure the ecological integrity of textiles, from the harvesting of raw materials to environmentally and socially responsible manufacturing, up to labeling, providing credible assurance to the end consumer.

OKEO-TEX CERTIFICATION - OEKO-TEX® aims to ensure safety from harmful chemicals from a consumer perspective. Many people overlook the potential negative effects of harmful chemicals in fabrics. Extensive product checks and regular on-site company visits ensure the industry maintains a globally sustainable awareness of responsible chemical use. The OEKO-TEX® Standard has been a pioneering force in this area for many years.
