Refund policy


Return Policy

All items must be returned (shipped back to AM) within 10 days of receiving your item for a full refund. Returned items must be in the exact same condition as they were received. 
Items indicated as “Final Sale” at the time of purchase are not eligible for return, exchange or merchandise credit. Items on sale over 20% are not eligible for return or refund.

    Request a Return 

    By clicking the link above you can self serve your return:

    1. Log in to your account:
      1. In the "Email" field, enter your email address, and then click "Continue".
      2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
      3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
    2. Click "Request return" for the order that you want to submit the return for.
    3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
    4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
    5. Click "Request return".

    You will have the option for a store credit or a refund. If your return request is approved and requires shipping, you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.

     

    Exchanges


    If you would like to exchange for a different size please reach out to customercare@amandamariacollection.com with your order number, item and size along with the item and size you would like to swap into. We will confirm inventory availability and next steps via email.


    Contact us to return an Item without an account:

    If you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us at customercare@amandamariacollection.com  with your order number, item size, address and subject Return Request. We will then send you a return label free of charge for you to ship your items back to us. Please securely repackage your item and bring it to your nearest post office or depending on location you may be able to schedule a pickup from your location. 


    Refunds are available for all full-priced items. Items must be requested for return shipping within 10 days of receiving, any return requests thereafter may be denied. Items must be returned in their original condition including tags and sanitary labels. Once Amanda Maria has received your returned package, all returned items will be inspected before a refund is issued. Amanda Maria reserves the right to deny a refund if items are returned used, soiled, worn or damaged in any way and they will be returned to sender. You will be notified via email if your returned item is not suitable for a refund.
     Any duties or fees incurred during your return shipment across borders are the responsibility of the sender. Duties will be deducted from your refund amount. 




    Refunds

    Refunds are issued to the same method of payment used to place the order. Please allow 3-5 days for the refund to appear on your method of payment.




    Late/Missing Refunds

    If you haven’t received a refund yet, contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

    Any products purchased during a promotional sale event indicated as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return, exchange or merchandise credit. Any purchases made using a promo code indicated as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return, exchange or merchandise credit. Sale offers cannot be combined with other promotions.

    Do you offer wholesale?

    Yes! We love to add retail partners to the Amanda Maria family! if you are interested in becoming an Amanda Maria retail partner please email hello@amandamariacollection.com for more information regarding our collections.
     


    What if my Item is damaged?

    We're so sorry to hear your order arrived in less than perfect condition! In the unlikely event that you have received an item that is damaged or incorrect, please notify us immediately. We will work with you to arrange a return, replacement, refund or credit. 

    Damaged items must be reported within 7 days of receipt. All damages should be reported to customercare@amandamariacollection.com be sure to include your order number. We will contact you with next steps.

    What is a Pre-Order?

    We’re happy to be able to offer the option to pre-order on select new styles and collections that are not yet available to ship. This ensures you can purchase your Amanda Maria piece in your size without risking it selling out before it hits the market. The estimated shipping date will be indicated on the product description page. Pre-order products are susceptible to unforeseen processing delays, so we unfortunately cannot guarantee dates for these items. Orders are processed pending item availability and credit card verification. The process is the same as buying something in stock. You’ll get an email from our customer service team if there are any issues with your order.
